Cancellation Policy

Should you be forced to cancel your sponsorship after payment of the fee, you will be entitled to 50% reimbursement until 15 June 1999. No refunds will be provided after 15 June 1999.

 
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor's activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, the System Safety Society, the 17th International System Safety Conference Planning Team, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. The hotel will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or claims arising out of exhibitor's activities on the hotel premises except for claims, loss, or damage arising directly from the hotel’s negligence.
