Executive Vice President Saralyn Dwyer 256-327-3377 Term: July 2007 - June 2009 Duties: The Executive Vice President (EVP) of the System Safety Society is an elected official and is a voting member of the System Safety Society's Executive Council. The EVP's duties are to: Help the President fulfill his/her responsibilities; Ensure that the Society abides by its Constitution and Bylaws; Draft the Society's Annual Report (from quarterly officer submissions); Establish the reporting format; With the President, provide an annual performance review of headquarters staff; Perform an internal effectiveness review of all committees and Executive Branch appointed positions.
