All papers, abstracts and proposals must be submitted using by means of the submissions website. The website will provide you with step by step instructions. If you successfully complete your submission, you should receive a confirmation automatically generated by the website.
Important deadlines for submissions are:
*February 29, 2008: Peer-reviewed Papers (Full-paper)
*February 29, 2008: Forum Papers/Posters (Abstract only)
*April 4, 2008: Tutorial/Workshop/Panel Proposals
*June 16, 2008: Proposed Poster Title and Abstract
*June 25, 2008: Final PDF file of the Title and Abstract and real size PDF file of the Poster for
*inclusion in the Proceedings CD.
See our suggestions for writing a high quality paper for presentation at ISSC 08.
Authors of successful submissions to the forum paper/poster track will need to choose between a full paper for publication in the proceedings or the presentation of poster during a half-day poster session at the conference, with only the abstract of the poster being published in the proceedings. This choice will need to be made by a deadline to be indicated in the notification of acceptance. In either case, prospective authors must submit an abstract by February 29, 2008.
The paper formatting instructions are to be followed for peer-reviewed papers and forum papers.
We have been extended some of the submission deadlines, as shown above, because of technical problems with the on-line submission process which is managed by a third party. We believe that these problems are now resolved.
Please take account of additional guidance on poster preparation if you would like submit a proposal for a poster at the conference.
*In order to support the request from authors for additional time to complete papers the deadline for submission of peer-reviewed papers and forum paper abstracts is being extended to Feb 29.
